About
The semear program is an initiative of Associação Cultural Pisada do Sertão that aims to awaken the potential of social actors to build an educational territory based on networking, which contributes to the integral development of children and adolescents in the interior of Paraíba.
The meetings are held monthly on an itinerant basis among the participating municipalities and will be distributed in eight modules with a total workload of 120 hours, with 60 hours in person and 60 hours in practical activities in the territory.

Who can participate?
Professionals who work in public policies in education, social assistance, culture, sectorial and rights councils, civil society organizations, community leaders and people interested in improving their professional performance and articulation in the territory.
